Hello 2008!! How are you?? Do you feel a little older? A little wiser? Ot just a bit more wrinkly??Welcome new bloggers. It's nice to see you! Have we met before? ![]()

Here's me and Ax playing silly buggers in the sunshine again yesterday. Haven't I got long and shapely legs? Just say 'yes', it's easier! Yes, it's true we've had some adorable days' sunshine. Fabidabidoosy. Yes, I know that's not a word yet. It's early days.......
But then, just to spoil it all when I went out this morning: the lawn was so hard and icy it was like walking on egg-shells. Ouch! I did have to go out and chase a card-board cake-box around the garden. No, not just for fun: the wind had set it off on its merry way. Myself and my son managed to eat the whole cake between us! Cos my husband doesn't eat lovely things like cake now! Poor baby!
Anyway; yes PESTS. I managed to panic yesterday, when a big flashing light on my computer told me I had loads of porn on my computer! It said if I clicked onto this site, I could clean it all up. So, what did I do? I'm sure you can guess? Yes, I clicked away. Bit by bit, my computer got infested by super bugs until eventually, when I switched my computer on, instead of my cute doggy screensaver, a horrible red symbol with horns appeared. It was really scary for me. I thought I'd lost all my blog pictures and painting photos. Horror!! Luckily, my husband fufilled his role as IT Manager and saved the day! It's rather handy having a husband who is a whizz at IT. I don't approve of his dress-code though: just wearing shorts. Does he wear that to work?
As you've probably guessed by now, IT isn't my strongest skill!! I mean really, I only started fairly recently, and I tend to stick within my parameters of art and blog. I mean what else do you need in life???
Anyway, panic over. We purchased lots of bug killer stuff. And it was lovely watching all those bugs being squashed on the computer. Splat, splat, splat, splat....... very satisfying. I keep running it now, in the hope to splat some bugs. It's so satisfying. But I can't find any now
So, disaster averted!
Did I mention I got a lovely DS Lite Nintendo Brain Trainer for Christmas. That's a mouthfull, isn't it? I sound like an advert. I'm sure they could have found a better name than that. Anyway, I'm still having great fun speeding up my snoozing brain. My best brain day was 24yrs old. The man on the Nintendo seemed to get very exited. Yesterday, I was 28yrs. I don't know if you're familiar with them? They are full of puzzles and maths and spacial awareness games. When you do really well, you get a rocket. If you are a bit sluggish, you get a person just walking, to show your speed.
Anyway, what do you think?Do you think I'm doing too much brain-training?

That's funny isn't it? Oh to be a cow in the winter, eh? I don't think they look forward to winter either, being cooped up in their cow sheds, munching dry hay. It's not a bundle of laughs, is it? At least they're in the warm though. And who knows the thoughts of a cow?? Moo or I?
Sometimes, you see some cows out on the field. But have they been let out, or have they made a run for it? Or a walk for it? You don't often see a cow running do you?
Talking of big bugs, this sounds very nasty, this super-bug vomiting flu that is sweeping around! Well, it's here in Switzerland, too. Hiding out in dank dark corners, with nasty pointy teeth. I'm feeling a little hot myself today. I hope I don't start bringing up my cereal. Because you just can't tell with Muesli ![]()
Have a vomit-free day. ![]()
